Harcourts – South Coast

Harcourts South Coast was established in the mid 1990s under the original trading name of Brock Partners. In 2004, a joint venture between one of the most prestigious and established real estate agencies in SA, and one of Australasia’s most innovative and results driven real estate enterprises formed ‘Brock Harcourts’. In August 2012 we changed our name to reflect our international relationship with Harcourts and our expansion across the Fleurieu.

In April 2005 the office was re-located from Victor Harbor’s Ocean Street to the high profile location on the corner of Hindmarsh Road and Renown Avenue, and in July 2020 we again relocated to our newly built office; a large space for our growing team at 244 Port Elliot Road, Hayborough!
