Mud N Tars MCC Poker Run

It is that time of the year again….. That’s right, Its time for our Annual Mud N Tars MCC Poker Run Fundraiser for Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation!!  This year’s event will be held on Saturday 23rd November, starting from the Mud N Tars Motorcycle Clubrooms on Day Road, Victor Harbor

Starting with free Breakfast, we will again tour the Fleurieu and surrounding areas, stopping at some great locations, all in aid of raising some much-needed funds for a great cause and again concluding with a group dinner.

We always have an enjoyable ride with great people. As a club we have run this annual event since 2008, and have raised approximately $155,000 for the Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation, who provide much need care to local residents suffering from cancer.

Funds previously raised have been used for their ‘Wigs for Loan’ program & towards costs associated with the endless medical appointments needed, both locally and for specialised appointments in the City. Often these appointments are so draining that Cancer Warriors are not able to drive following their procedures and so Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation supply a vehicle and driver to get Warriors to & from their medical appointments safely.
