Police are investigating a crash at Mount Compass on New Year’s Day and are calling for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
About 1.40pm on Tuesday 1 January, police were called to Victor Harbor Road following a collision between an orange 2000 ZX600J Kawasaki motorcycle and a dark blue Tesla.
While the driver of the Tesla was uninjured, the motorbike rider, a 38-year-old man from Hindmarsh Valley, suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The motorbike was allegedly being ridden south on Victor Harbor Road at an excessive speed when it collided into the car.
