X Convenience stations around South Australia are in the process of being rebranded to BPs, with signage this week being changed at the Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge site.
The move comes seven months after global petrol giant BP agreed to acquire the popular family-owned business X Convenience in SA as well as in WA.
X Convenience, established by the Adelaide-based Kosmidis family, remains a third-party business until the completion of the acquisition, which is expected sometime next year.
BP is also replacing Mobil as fuel supplier to the network.
At the same time, OTR servos are also being rebranded after SA’s Shahin family sold their private company to ASX-listed Viva Energy.
Viva Energy owns the network of Shell, Coles Express and Liberty service stations nationally.
