A man from Strathalbyn will be called into court today, Thursday 30 March, after allegedly taking part in a car theft.
The 42-year-old was apprehended with two other men after police spotted the stolen car at Woodville North in the early hours of this morning.
A 42-year-old from Strathalbyn, a 45-year-old from Davoren Park and a 26-year-old from Kilburn were all apprehended and charged them with illegal use of a motor vehicle.
The Strathalbyn man was further charged with driving unlicenced. The trio have been refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court later today.
The car was stolen from a CBD address overnight on Wednesday 29 March.
