A driver is reportedly fighting for life after a car hit a stobie pole in Mount Barker this morning.
The collision happened just after 9:40am at the intersection of Adelaide Road and Mount Barker Road, with emergency services providing immediate support at the scene.
SA Police are urging local roadusers to remain clear of the area, with the on-ramp from Mount Barker to Adelaide closed to all traffic.

Adelaide Road in Mount Barker near the interchange has also been reduced to one lane northbound.
There are also reports of heavy queues throughout Mount Barker.
