A man has been airlifted to hospital following a single vehicle crash in Birdwood.
About 7.15pm on Monday 30 September, emergency services were called to Randell Road, after reports a car left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver, a 31-year-old from Fairview Park, was the only occupant of the car.

He was airlifted to hospital where he was treated for serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
