Two men have been reported for drink driving in the same vehicle car in the Adelaide Hills.
About 4.45pm on Sunday 8 September, police were called to Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside, following reports from witnesses that a Toyota sedan was swerving over the road.
The car stopped, and the driver got out and entered a shop. A passenger moved into the driver’s seat and when the original driver returned, they drove off.
Police located the vehicle and breath tested them with both men allegedly producing a blood alcohol reading of 0.260, more than five times the legal limit.
The two men aged 36 and 37 from Lobethal were reported for drink driving and the car was impounded they were issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence.
The men will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
